The box type quenching furnace is a high-efficiency heat treatment equipment designed for hardening metal workpieces. It features a box-shaped heating chamber, electric resistance heating elements, and a forced air circulation system (optional rear fan design) to ensure excellent temperature uniformity. The furnace is widely used for quenching processes of carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, and other metal components in industries such as automotive parts, hardware tools, and machinery manufacturing.

Main Features of the Box-Type Quenching Furnace Structure
1. The furnace walls of the box-type tempering furnace are constructed from A3 steel plates. The interior lining consists of 3mm perforated stainless steel sheets, precision-formed via stamping. The furnace chamber features a removable design, allowing for easy extraction of the entire assembly to facilitate maintenance.
2. The temperature control system utilizes a power regulator for precise power modulation, while other electrical components are supplied by Delixi Electric. Control functions include heat preservation timing and over-temperature alarms. The temperature control interface is managed via a touchscreen, effectively preventing over-temperature conditions and temperature differentials to ensure highly uniform and consistent temperatures throughout the furnace chamber. The system features 6-point temperature sensing control, and the ammeter utilizes a digital display for easy, at-a-glance monitoring.
3. The box-type tempering furnace features a side-swinging door design. The door fits tightly against the furnace body surface to ensure uniform air circulation within the chamber.
4. The unit is equipped with a powerful air-cooled centrifugal circulation fan to ensure maximum temperature uniformity and consistency within the chamber. The fan features an extended shaft design; both the fan blades and shaft are constructed from 304S stainless steel. The fan blades have a thickness of 4mm and a diameter of 550mm.
5. The heating elements consist of coiled electric resistance wires arranged in distinct layers. Designed for easy disassembly, this configuration facilitates routine maintenance during operation. The heating wires are strategically positioned on the top, bottom, left, right, and furnace door surfaces to guarantee exceptional temperature uniformity throughout the interior of the furnace.
