This high-temperature uniformity quenching furnace solves the core pain point of ordinary box furnaces: uneven temperature leading to inconsistent hardness of large batch workpieces. It is equipped with a high-power high-temperature hot air circulation fan inside the furnace, forming three-dimensional circulating hot flow to eliminate local high/low temperature dead zones.
The temperature difference inside the whole cavity is controlled within ±3℃, every batch of automotive gears, synchronizer hubs and large mold steel obtains identical quenching hardness, greatly reducing product rejection rate caused by temperature deviation. It is specially customized for large-volume mass production manufacturers of auto parts and heavy molds.
Working Principle
When the furnace reaches target quenching temperature, the built-in high-temperature circulation fan runs continuously to stir hot air evenly in all directions. Multi-zone independent heating modules adjust heat output in real time according to temperature sensor feedback, eliminate local overheating or low-temperature areas, keep the whole chamber temperature stable within ±3℃, ensure uniform hardness of all loaded workpieces after quenching.
