Box-type Trolley Furnace with Movable Trolley for Large Metal Workpiece Heat Treatment

This box-type trolley furnace is designed for batch heat treatment of large and oversized metal workpieces that are difficult to load into conventional fixed-hearth furnaces. The movable trolley travels outside the furnace chamber, providing an open loading area for cranes and other lifting equipment.

The furnace can be configured for annealing, tempering, normalizing, stress relieving and other heat treatment processes according to the workpiece material and production requirements. It is suitable for large machinery parts, shafts, gears, rollers, fabricated components and other bulky metal workpieces. Furnace chamber dimensions, trolley size, loading capacity and heating configuration can be customized according to the customer's workpiece and workshop conditions.

Open Loading Access
The movable trolley can travel completely outside the furnace chamber, providing an open working area for loading large and oversized components. This makes it easier to position workpieces using an overhead crane or other lifting equipment.

Rail-Mounted Trolley
The trolley travels along dedicated rails between the loading area and furnace chamber. Its dimensions and load capacity can be customized according to the size, weight and arrangement of the workpieces.

Flexible Workpiece Arrangement
Large shafts, gears, rollers, machinery parts and fabricated components can be positioned on the trolley according to their dimensions and heating requirements. Suitable fixtures or supports can also be considered for special workpiece shapes.

Customized Furnace Chamber
The furnace chamber can be designed around the customer's maximum workpiece dimensions and production requirements, helping avoid unnecessary chamber volume while providing sufficient loading clearance.

Controlled Heat Treatment Cycle
The heating and temperature control system can be configured for programmable heating, soaking and cooling stages according to the material, workpiece size and required heat treatment process.

Annealing
Suitable for large machinery components and fabricated parts that require controlled heating to reduce hardness, improve machinability or prepare the material for subsequent processing.

Tempering
