Box-type Bogie Furnace Heavy Load Heat Treatment Furnace for Forging & Die Industry

This heavy-duty bogie hearth furnace is designed for batch heat treatment of large forgings, dies and forged steel components. The rail-mounted movable bogie allows heavy workpieces to be loaded and positioned outside the furnace before entering the heating chamber, making it suitable for forging plants and heavy-component manufacturers.

The furnace can be configured for annealing, normalizing, tempering and stress relieving according to the material and required heat treatment process. Typical workpieces include forged shafts, large rings, dies, rollers and other heavy forged components. Furnace chamber dimensions, bogie capacity, heating zones and control systems can be customized according to the workpiece and production requirements.

Heavy-Duty Bogie Hearth
The rail-mounted movable bogie provides a stable loading platform for large forged components such as shafts, rings, dies and rollers. Heavy workpieces can be positioned outside the furnace using suitable lifting equipment before the bogie enters the heating chamber.

Furnace Chamber for Large Forgings
The chamber dimensions and internal arrangement can be customized according to the maximum workpiece size and loading pattern. This allows the furnace to accommodate long, wide or irregular forged components while maintaining suitable clearance for heating.

Multi-Zone Heating Arrangement
Heating elements can be arranged in multiple zones according to the furnace dimensions and workpiece configuration, helping achieve more consistent heating around large and heavy forged components.

Programmable Process Control
PLC and PID temperature control can be configured for programmed heating, soaking and cooling stages. Process settings can be adjusted according to the steel grade, section thickness and required heat treatment cycle.

Customized for Production Requirements
Bogie dimensions, furnace chamber size, heating power, temperature zones and loading arrangement can be designed according to the customer's forging specifications and production requirements.

Annealing of Forgings
Suitable for forged steel components requiring controlled heating to reduce hardness, improve machinability or prepare the material for subsequent machining and heat treatment.
