NB Continuous Gas-Fired Brazing Furnace

NB Continuous Gas-Fired Brazing Furnace is a continuous brazing equipment that uses gas as the heat source. It is mainly used for mass production of metal products such as aluminum alloy and stainless steel.

Equipment Features

1.Heating Method: Uses gas (natural gas or LPG) combustion heating with radiant heat transfer through a heat-resistant alloy retort. Energy saving effect is superior to electric heating.

2.Temperature Control: Brazing zone temperature range is 500℃ – 630℃. Temperature control accuracy is ±1℃, and furnace temperature uniformity is ±3℃.

3.Protective Atmosphere: Uses nitrogen (N₂) protection. Oxygen content must be controlled below 50 ppm to prevent workpiece oxidation.

Main Structure

1.Furnace Body: Divided into spray zone, drying zone, brazing zone, and cooling zone. Features full fiber lining for thermal insulation.

2.Drive System: High temperature resistant mesh belt (310S stainless steel) with side plate anti-deviation design ensures stable workpiece conveying.

3.Gas System: Equipped with proportional control valve and flame monitoring device. Combustion efficiency reaches ≥85%.
